Ntercept app for iPhone and iPad

NTT DATA’s Ntercept™ mobile solution transforms the mobile phone into a portable safety device to engage family and friends, improving communication and first responders’ ability to react and protect. Ntercept is not a substitute for dialing your emergency responders first whenever possible (911 or alternative emergency number, as applicable), however, Ntercept provides an added measure of safety and peace of mind, delivering critical information to your emergency contacts in real-time.   We strongly urge you to dial emergency services (police, etc.) first!
The Ntercept™ mobile application, once triggered, makes a rescue call and simultaneously sends text messages to a designated SOS contact list. The SOS message will then be sent every two minutes with a distress message and the current location of the mobile user. The app also records the voice conversation at the site, which can be useful as evidence in any future investigations.
